Commercial use
Every paid plan includes the right to use what you create commercially. The free trial is for evaluation only.
AI labels you cannot turn off
Every delivered image and video carries a visible AI label. You can adjust the wording within an approved list and its position, but not remove it.
Content Credentials
Every delivered file is signed with Content Credentials (C2PA), recording that it is AI-generated and whether it was changed after signing.
Licensed models only
A model can run here only if its license allows commercial use and it has been checked and recorded in our registry. The models in use right now:

No real people
You upload products, not people. AI models are fictional. Uploading a photo of a real person to generate their likeness is not supported.
Moderation
Prompts are checked before a job runs. Requests that break the acceptable use policy are refused with the reason. You can report abuse at any time.
